Greenwood Milk Products, a division of Grassland Dairy Products, Inc., processes 1.5 million pounds of milk per day to make 500 pounds of barrel-stirred curd cheddar cheese. Each week, Greenwood Milk Products ships 13 loads of cheese and supplies milk to an array of bottling companies.
